If you have a question, chances are that someone else is wondering the same thing.  We encourage you to post your questions on our Facebook page -it's a great way to share information and interact with us and with other parents/caregivers!

Old fashioned phone calls will work too -just phone us at 902-624-0882 during regular store hours.  In fact, we love old fashioned phone calls because we get to answer your questions in much greater detail.

 

Complaints?

Ruh-roh!  We're committed to providing our customers the best service, both in-store and on-line, but despite our best efforts, sometimes we get it wrong.  If you feel we've made a mistake with your order, please contact us and give us a chance to address it.  If the mistake occurred on our end, we will fix it with sincere apologies.  If the mistake occurred on your end, through no fault of ours, we will still do our best to help you; however, this is at our discretion and we do not guarantee that we will be able to address your grievance.  In any case, let's all play nice alright?  We're nice people, with real feelings, and we're sure you are too.  So let's please try to amicably resolve any misunderstandings. 

 

We stand behind our products and as a rule, we only work with suppliers who likewise stand behind their products.  When dealing with only the best suppliers and manufacturers however, mishaps sometimes happen.  If you receive a product from us that is faulty, damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you navigate the return or exchange process; whether that be through us or though the manufacturer directly.
