Tummy to Mummy will ship, for free, any order within Canada with a minimum value of $99 before taxes via Canada Post or FedEx. Expedited Courier service is available through FedEx in Canada for an additional fee.
Over-sized and overweight items including, but not limited to, high chairs, car seats, and strollers, do not qualify for free shipping.
International orders, including those to the US, do not qualify for free shipping.
Certain remote locations within Canada have limited delivery service. We're not able to offer free shipping to these areas but do have competitive rates with Canada Post that you can take advantage of. For a list of Remote Locations by postal code, please refer to Table 9 of the Canada Post Delivery Standards. If your shipping address qualifies as a Remote Location, we'll contact you upon receipt of your order to discuss the shipping surcharge.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from the time your order is received. Very large orders may require additional time. We will contact you if we anticipate undue delays. We ship products on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. We do not ship on Mondays, weekends and certain public holidays.

An automated order confirmation email when your order has been received. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for shipment. You can also check the status of your order at any time by clicking the "Track your Order" link in the shipping confirmation email.
Yay, it's arrived!
When your order arrives, please check the packaging for damage. If it is obvious that the products are damaged, please do not accept the shipment. We will refund the purchase price and all delivery costs as soon as we have received your return. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days to let us know the problem, so we can contact our shipping partner right away. If damage appears to be from shipping, we may need to ask you to take photos and email them to us. After 7 days, we cannot refund or replace damaged items or defective items and all remaining issues must be addressed by the manufacturer.
We cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Shop online and pick-up in Store! To save the shipping charges, choose "In Store Pickup" as your shipping method. Orders placed before 3pm from Monday to Friday will be available for pickup at noon the following business day. Orders placed after 3pm from Monday to Friday will be available two business days later. Orders placed on weekends will be available for pickup on the following Tuesday at noon.
We are happy to ship parcels to you at an alternate address. If your purchase is a gift, we would be happy to send them to your friends and family. All billing related information will be forwarded directly to you.
You'll like this - gift orders over $150 are eligible for our super awesome free gift wrap service. For orders under $150, we charge $3 for gift wrapping. Our gift wrap service includes gender neutral gift wrap, embellishments and a complimentary gift tag with a salutation (to/from). If you would like us to include a gift tag, please be sure to provide the to/from info in the comments field during check-out.
Canada Post will attempt to deliver orders twice. A delivery notification will be left at your door if there is no answer and they will either try again or you can contact them to arrange a second delivery attempt. If they are unsuccessful in their attempts, packages will be held at their depot and eventually shipped back to us. We will not refund shipping charges if you are unavailable for repeated delivery attempts. In order to arrange a re-delivery, new delivery charges will need to be paid by you. Please note that these are delivery guidelines only. Your local post office may have a slightly different process to attempt delivery.
We get it, we all change our minds and/or make mistakes sometimes. So we’re happy to remove items, add items or cancel your order, as long as we are contacted by phone before your order has been shipped. Because our goal is to process orders and get them shipped out as quickly as possible (the same day if possible!), it’s crucial that you contact us right away of you need to change anything. Please note, we cannot guarantee that order changes requested by email will be honored. In order to guarantee changes to an order, you must contact us by phone. Once we have spoken to you on the phone, we will request that you email us confirmation of your changes.
Once the order has left our store, we unfortunately can't change it in any way.
Hassle-free returns with no time limit. Because we know you're a little busy.
Returns can be made at our store or by mail. Simply bring in or send back the item(s) for a full refund of your purchase and any applicable taxes. All merchandise must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in sell-able condition. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
We do not accept returns on any international orders, including orders shipped to the United States.

If you discover a manufacturing defect in a product that you’ve purchased from us, we’re here to help! First, we’ll check in to make sure there is indeed a defect – after all, some baby gear can be tricky, and product manuals can be tough to decipher without help.
Once we’ve confirmed that there’s something wrong with the product, we’ll figure out the best course of action to take: every manufacturer has a different method for ensuring customer satisfaction, so we’ll determine whether you need to contact their customer service department, or if we should make the call.
Regardless of the end result, we promise that we will do everything possible to find a solution to your problem. At the end of the day, we want everything you purchase from Tummy to Mummy to be functional, useful, and well-loved.
If a promotional item is returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. For example, if you buy a stroller that includes a free car seat adapter, the total value of the car seat adapter will be deducted from the refund if the car seat adapter is not returned with the stroller.
Items returned without complete original packaging and/or proper shipping materials will be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.
Email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please ship your return via the service you prefer to the address below and in the package include your receipt or a copy of your receipt. We recommend you use a shipping service with proof of delivery or tracking options. Tummy to Mummy is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages.
Please allow 14 days for us to receive and process any returns by mail. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
